SHIPPING

It is our policy to ship most products within three (3) working days from receipt of the order. Due to the number of instruments manufactured, all items can not be kept in stock. Non-sterile products not in stock will normally be shipped within 10 working days from the date of the order and sterile products not in stock will normally be shipped 3-4 weeks from receipt of the order.

You will be notified of any backordered products and given the option of having the order shipped complete when the product is available, or shipping the available product immediately and the backordered product as soon as it is available.
